【摘 要】目的 了解我院脑血管病的特点，为该病种的防治提供基础数据和信息。方法 提取2003-2014年脑血管出院病人的病案进行统计分析。结果 脑血管病出院人次逐年增加，特别是近年来，增长较快；平均住院日下降；病死率下降；中轻年患者增加；多伴有其它疾病。结论 做好高危人群的防治，对已有的危险因素给予积极的干预和治疗，激励更多的临床医生与患者或家属进行交流沟通，可收到很好的效果。

"Abstract" objective characteristics of cerebral vascular diseases in our hospital，provide the Foundation for the prevention and treatment of disease data and information.Method to extract the 2003-2014 mad wings of cerebrovascular patients were analyzed.Results of discharges of cerebral vascular diseases increase year by year，especially in recent years，growing faster；average length of stay decreased mortality decline；Increased light years；many patients with other diseases.Conclusions prevention and treatment of at-risk populations，the risk factors for active intervention and treatment，inspire more doctors communicate with patients or their families，can receive good results.

世界衛生组织调查表明：脑血管疾病是人类健康的头号杀手，具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高、并发症多的特点，全世界每年死于脑血管病的人数高达1500万人，居各种死因首位。

我国每年死于脑血管疾病近500万人，占死亡人口总数的51%，而幸存下来的患者75%不同程度丧失劳动力，40%造成重度残疾，基于脑血管病的危害性大，现对我院2003年至2014年脑脑血管病住院病例做如下统计分析。

我院是一所二级甲等医院，资料来源于我院信息科，按ICD-10国际疾病分类，以第一诊断进行统计，，2003年-2014年共收治脑血管病例9630例。

一、2003年—2014年我院脑血管出院病人逐年递增，2003年206人次，到2006年就翻了一翻达到449人次，2008年628人次是2003年的3 倍，2009年831人次是2003年的4倍，到2014年1731人次是2003年的8.4倍。……
