摘要 该文探究了目前高校心理健康教育课程以及影响教学质量的主要因素。文章回顾了近些年国内比较典型的此方面文献，从大学生，授课教师以及课程架构三个方面总结了目前高校心理健康教育课程的教学现状，为高校完善该门课程结构提供参考依据。分析表明目前高校学生对于心理健康教育课程普遍持积极期待的态度，但从授课教师方面入手的文献较少，从教师角度出发关于影响教学质量的因素探究还不甚明朗。由此笔者认为在心理健康教育课程方面的研究范围要加以扩大充实，注意教师和学生层面的双向研究。

Situation of College Psychological Health Education Course

Teaching and Factors Affect the Quality of Teaching

Abstract This paper explores the current mental health education courses， and the main factors affecting the quality of teaching. The article reviews the recent domestic literature typical in this regard， from students， instructors and curriculum framework summarizes the status of three aspects of teaching currently Mental Health Education courses， provide a reference for the Perfection of the course structure. Analysis indicates that the current college students for mental health education course expect a generally positive attitude， but less instructor aspects of literature， from the teachers' point of view about the factors that affect the quality of teaching inquiry also unclear. Thus we believe that the scope of the study in mental health education curriculum should be expanded by， pay attention to bi-level research faculty and students.

近年来，随着教育改革的不断深入，高等院校越来越注重学生的健康心理和高尚人格的培养，大学生的心理健康教育也越来越引起国家的高度重视。2011年我国教育部下发了《普通高等学校学生心理健康教育课程教学基本要求》，明确要求将大学生心理健康教育课程设置为必修课，进一步规范了高校关于心理健康教育课程的安排。课程虽实体存在，但到底能否为高校学生带来实际的效益，能否发挥其应有的功效却一直没有得到及时良好的反馈，而随着当下大学生心理健康问题的日益突出，关于高校心理健康教育课程的教学现状以及影响教学质量的因素调查显然具有相当的现实意义。
