摘要 新建地方本科院校在生源、师资、办学条件上具有其自身特点，在学生管理方面也是不断探索和完善的过程。本文采用问卷调查的形式，选取湖南省中部典型的一所新建地方本科院校进行学生学习行为特点及学校相应的管理方式进行调查，并在调查的基础上从创新学校管理方式的角度提出一些建议和措施，以期为新建地方本科院校提升学生管理水平和提高人才培养质量提供参考依据。

Abstract It has its own characteristics on students， teachers， school conditions in Newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities. 1 调查背景及范围

与传统本科院校和重点本科相比，大多数处于地市级城市的新建本科院校在整个高校生态系统中处于弱势地位，学校在教学设备、师资力量、生源等方面都存在差距。新建地方本科院校的发展壮大，除了科学定位办学方向，创新办学模式和突出办学特色之外，提高其人才培养质量最为关键。目前，针对新建地方本科院校大学生群体的学习态度及学习行为方面所进行的调查和研究相对较少，未形成比较系统的理论体系。同时，新建地方本科院校的办学方向与人才培养目标愈加明确，学校教育教学质量和各种规格人才的培养水平最终体现在学生身上，因此，通过考察分析学生的学习行为情况，我们才能更直接和客观地了解教育的效果，才能更加针对性地找到其应用型、实用型高级人才培养的策略。
