摘要：中医内科学是中医学专业的主干课程，是中医临床各科的基础，是世界中医学专业核心课程之一。中医内科学的水平在很大程度上反映了中医临床医学的发展水平。中医内科学中英文教材的比较研究对于世界中医学专业核心课程系列教材《中医内科学》的编写成功与否至关重要。本研究选择中、外中医院校普遍使用的教材为比较研究对象，重点对中英教材的架构、内容、编写体例等进行比较研究，进而提出世界中医学专业核心课程系列教材《中医内科学》的编写建议。

Abstract： TCM internal medicine is the main course of TCM ma_jor， which is the basis of different clinicalsections of TCM and one of the core courses of world TCM major. The level of TCM internal medicine reflectsthe development of clinical traditional Chinese medicine to a great extent. The comparative study on Chineseand English textbooks of TCM Internal Medicine plays an important role in compiling of the core textbooks ofTCM Internal Medicine belonging to world TCM professional core textbooks. This study set the commonlyused materials in TCM universities and colleges both at home and abroad as the objects， focused on thecomparison of the structure， contents and the formatting style among them， and then put forward suggestions tothe compiling of the core textbook of TCM Internal Medicine belonging to world TCM professional coretextbooks.

世界中医药学会联合会于2009年发布《世界中医学本科（CMD前）教育标准》，2012年发布<世界中医学专业核心课程》。编译高质量、适合世界中医学教育发展需要的“世界中医学专业核心课程教材”对促进各国（地区）中医学专业教育的规范发展及相关国际标准的推广意义重大。中医内科学作为世界中医学专业核心课程之一，其教材的编写至关重要。本文对现有中医内科学相关的中英文教材进行比较研究，并提出编写建议。

选用目前在美国普遍使用的、由Will Maclean和Jane Lyttleton主编、University of WesternSydney与Pangolin Press出版的《内科学临床手册·中医疗法》系列教材第一册（肺、肾、肝、心）、第二册（脾、胃）、第三册（气血津液、肢体经络）。两位作者均在中国系统学习过中医，并在国内担任中医学教学、临床工作，具有较高的学术水平。……
