摘要：本文分析了在高校文化建设中开展图书馆阅读推广的必要性，剖析了高校文化建设与图书馆阅读推广的关系，指明了图书馆阅读推广的实施条件。面向高校文化建设需要，提出了图书馆阅读推广的可行途径，不仅要进行组织管理体系的构建，还要加强软硬件建设，并实施多样化的阅读推广方式。

Abstract： This article analyzed the necessity and relationship of library reading promotion activities incultural construction in universities and colleges， and pointed out the implementation conditions of libraryreading promotion activities. In order to fulfill the needs of cultural construction in universities and colleges， thisarticle also proposed that the practical approaches to cultural construction in universities and colleges lie in theconstruction of organization and management system， strengthening of soft and hardware， and implementationof diversified library reading promotion activities.

随着时代发展，我国教育事业不断进步，短时间内高校数量呈爆发式增长，与此同时，高校面临着同质化严重的问题。衡量高校水平的一个重要指标是校园文化，这也是高校进行校园建设的重点之一。校园文化是高校精神面貌的展现，所以高校的竞争不止是教育质量的竞争，很大意义上还是文化建设的竞争。

作为世界性话题，阅读已逐渐上升到国家工程的层次。学校的阅读推广活动不仅可以为学生营造良好的阅读环境和阅读氛围，还能满足学生的阅读需求，从而使学生的读书态度变得更为积极，这对良好阅读习惯的养成起到非常重要的作用。对于阅读推广和阅读普及，图书馆有责无旁贷的责任。深入开展图书馆阅读推广，不仅使图书馆的功能得到强化，还极大地影响了校园文化建设。
