外源添加物对地黄在连作条件下生长的影响

摘要:通过盆栽试验,研究了外源添加物蚯蚓粪、活性炭、过磷酸钙对地黄[Rehmannia glutinosa(Gaert.)Libosch. ex Fisch. et Mey.]在连作(连作一年、连作两年)土壤中生长的影响。结果发现,蚯蚓粪,特别是高添加量(30%)的蚯蚓粪可以明显提高连作地黄的地上部和地下部的生物量,大幅提高连作两年地黄的成活率,明显改善地黄的连作障碍;活性炭和过磷酸钙也可在部分程度上提高连作地黄的生物量和生理指标,但总体效果不如蚯蚓粪。

Effect of Exogenous Additives on Growth of Rehmannia glutinosa under

Continuous Cropping Conditions

Abstract: Pot experiment was used to study the effect of exogenous additives on some growth and physiological traits of Rehmannia glutinosa(Gaert.) Libosch. ex Fisch. et Mey. under of continuous cropping conditions. The results indicated that the aboveground and belowground biomass of R. glutinosa and the survival rate of two stubble continuous cropping R. glutinosa could be significantly improved by vermicompost, especially the high dosage (30%). And addition of wormcast could obviously improve the continuous cropping R. glutinosa. Activated carbon and phosphate could certainly improve the biomass and physiological indexes, but the effect was not as good as wormcast.

地黄[Rehmannia glutinosa(Gaert.)Libosch. ex Fisch. et Mey.]为玄参科(Scrophulariaceae)药用草本植物,广泛种植于河南、山西、山东、安徽、吉林等省。地黄的药用价值早在中国最早的药学专著《神农本草经》中就有记述,现代研究认为地黄具有降血糖、保肝、止血、利尿、抗炎、抗真菌等功效,其块根及其加工品分别作为鲜地黄、生地黄和熟地黄入药,属大宗常用的中药材[1]。地黄忌连作,这已是几百年来公认的事实;但由于需求量较大,适宜种植区域又有限,所以地黄连作不可避免,也使得缓解地黄连作障碍已成为国内外研究的热点问题。根际微生态失调可能是引起地黄连作障碍的重要因素,这点得到了很多研究者的认同[2-4]。目前,国内很多地黄主产区土壤普遍缺磷,加之土壤偏碱、铁元素等的溶解性差,更加重了根际微生态的失衡。因此,通过改善土壤磷缺乏现状或者稳定土壤微生态环境,可能是缓解地黄连作障碍的有效措施,但这方面的报道十分有限。……
