赤水河流域水土流失类型区划分及防治对策

摘要:在对赤水河流域水土流失现状调查的基础上,按照相似性与差异性原则,对赤水河流域水土流失类型进行了分区,将其划分为上游中低山中度、中游低山丘陵轻中度和下游丘陵低山轻度三个水土流失类型区,并结合各水土流失类型区域特征提出了相应的水土流失防治对策。

Study on the Categories of Soil Erosion of Chishui River Basin and Corresponding Measures for Soil and Water Conservation

Abstract:Based on the investigation of the soil erosion of Chishui river basin, the soil erosion type of Cishui river basin was divided into three different categories by the principle of similarity and difference. And those categories were upstream middle and low mountains moderate soil erosion region, midstream low mountains and hills mild to moderate soil erosion region, and downstream hills and low mountains mild soil erosion region. The corresponding measures for soil and water conservation were also put forward according to the characteristics of different soil erosion region.

赤水河发源于云南省北部镇雄县鱼洞乡大洞,流经云南省昭通市的威信县、镇雄县,贵州省毕节市的毕节县、大方县、金沙县,遵义市的遵义县、仁怀市、桐梓县、习水县、赤水市,四川省泸州市纳溪区、合江县、叙永县、古蔺县等15个县(市)行政区,至四川省合江县与习水河汇合后注入长江[1],干流全长436.5 km,流域面积达20 440 km2[2],是长江干流上游右岸的一级支流,被称为长江上游的天然屏障。赤水河是长江流域惟一一条尚未开发利用的河流,具有极为重要的生态地位。然而,由于特殊的地形地质、降雨条件和人类活动等因素的影响,赤水河流域水土流失较为严重,水土流失已严重地影响了该区的经济发展和生态环境[3]。鉴于此,对赤水河流域科学划分水土流失类型区域,因地制宜地制定水土流失防治方略与对策,全面推进流域水土保持生态建设,对维护流域水土资源可持续利用、改善生态环境、促进区域经济社会可持续发展有着重要的意义[4]。
