[摘要] 目的 通过对慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎患者的治疗记录进行分析，总结慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎的病理特征，探讨慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎有效的的诊断及治疗策略。方法 从该院2011年3月—2014年3月时间段内前来就诊的患者中以随机抽取的方式抽取240例慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎患者，对这240例慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎患者的临床诊断资料进行回顾性分析。分析临床诊断资料主要包括术前甲状腺触诊结果，以及实验室检查结果，特别是实验测定的甲状腺有关激素含量，术前对患者进行了甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学检查结果，术中取得的快速冰冻切片检查资料等。 结果 240例患者在经术前甲状腺触诊结合甲状腺相关激素含量结果得到诊断，90例确诊患者采取激素非手术治疗，80例有效，避免了对患者甲状腺进行误切；150例患者因误诊采取的手术治疗，单叶切除30例，峡部切除10例，单叶大部切除加峡部切除30例，次全切除80例，给患者身体带来不同程度的影响。 结论 慢性淋巴性甲状腺炎患者的临床症状往往较为复杂，同时可能是其它甲状腺疾病的前期病变或合并其它甲状腺疾病同时发生。该次研究说明，慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎在临床上误诊率极高，治疗方法主要以药物治疗为主，应尽量避免手术治疗。

[Abstract] Objective Through clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis record analysis， pathology and summarize the characteristics of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis， investigate the chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis and effective diagnosis and treatment strategy. Methods In our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 inpatients with randomly selected 240 cases of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis patients， 240 cases of the patients with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis clinical diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Clinical diagnosis and analysis of data mainly includes the results of the thyroid preoperatively， and laboratory results， especially thyroid related hormones content measured by experiment，there are also some patients with preoperative thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology. Results Achieved rapid intraoperative frozen slice examination data etc. Results the patients in the preoperative palpation of the thyroid gland，combined with thyroid related hormones content results in diagnosis， part of suspected cases diagnosed by fine-needle aspiration cytology examination before operation， some patients were performed thyroidectomy because of misdiagnosis. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of patients with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis is often complex， and may be a precursor of other thyroid diseases or complicated with other thyroid diseases occur simultaneously. Therefore， diagnosis and treatment of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis is quite important， should raise the rate of diagnosis.
