冠心病心力衰竭中医证候与超声心动图指标相关性的研究进展

摘要:从中医主证、兼证、证候组合差异及其与特定超声指标相关程度4方面综述冠心病心力衰竭中医证候与超声心动图指标相关性研究进展,认为辨证标准不统一是制约以超声心动图指标为代表的心力衰竭中医证候客观化的主要因素。

Abstract:This paper reviews the research progress of correlations between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and ultrasonic cardiogram indexes in coronary heart disease(CHD) related heart failure from four aspects such as TCM primary syndrome, accompanied syndrome,the combination of syndrome’s differences and its degree of correlation with the specific ultrasonic cardiogram index.The research results suggest that the inconsistent syndrome differentiation standard is the main factor,which is restricting the objectivization of TCM syndromes of coronary heart diseas e related heart failure represented by ultrasonic cardiogram indexs.

心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床综合征,任何心室结构或功能受损所导致的充盈障碍或射血障碍均可引起心力衰竭。随着人口老龄化,其以患病率高、致残率高、再入院率高、生活质量差、病死率高的特点而日益受到广泛重视[1,2]。在欧美国家,造成左室收缩功能不良患者病因中有2/3为冠状动脉相关疾病引起的心力衰竭,高龄(80岁以上)人群中冠心病所占比例竟达到9成以上,因而,冠心病心力衰竭的诊断与治疗是现代医学研究热点问题及亟需解决的社会问题[3,4]。近年来,中医药在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中获得了较好的疗效,但在现代中医心力衰竭研究中,需解决的一个关键问题是如何拿出现代医学认可中医药疗效的客观化证据[5]。……
