[摘要]目的 探讨双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗、定君生治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月在我院进行诊疗的98例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各49例。对照组采用双唑泰棉栓进行治疗，实验组采用双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗及定君生（每天在阴道后穹隆处放置1粒）进行治疗，比较两组的治疗结果。结果 实验组的中医症候评分为（16.7±6.2）分，显著低于对照组的（25.8±5.2）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。实验组的治疗总有效率为97.9%，显著高于对照组的85.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组的复发率为4.1%，显著低于对照组的18.4%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗、定君生治疗霉菌性阴道炎具有更好的治疗效果，复发率低。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing and Dingjunsheng in the treatment of colpitis mycotica.Methods 98 patients with colpitis mycotica in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs，while the experimental group was treated with Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing and Dingjunsheng （with 1 granule in the posterior fornix of vagina one day）.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the experimental group was （16.7±6.2） points，which was lower than （25.8±5.2） points of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.01）.The treatment total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.9%，which was higher than 85.7% of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 4.1%，which was lower than 18.4% of the control group，with significant difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of Double Azole Tai Cotton Plugs combined with traditional Chinese medicine washing and Dingjunsheng in the treatment of colpitis mycotica has better treatment effect，with a low recurrence rate.

霉菌性阴道炎（念珠菌性阴道炎）是一种外阴阴道炎症性疾病，致病菌为念珠菌。白色念珠菌为条件致病菌，部分妇女的阴道中会存在少量的白色念珠菌寄生，只有当全身或局部免疫力下降时，白色念珠菌才会大量繁殖，进而发生阴道炎症状[1]，其治疗方法主要为药物治疗和生物治疗等。双唑泰棉栓是目前治疗霉菌性阴道炎的常用药物；定君生中的主要成分为乳杆菌活菌，其是健康妇女阴道内的正常菌群，可以调节阴道内菌群平衡，维持正常的酸性环境，抑制并消除阴道中的有害细菌；中药冲洗可以清洁阴道，具有燥湿解毒、杀虫止痒的作用。我院将双唑泰棉栓联合中药冲洗、定君生应用于霉菌性阴道炎中，取得了较好的治疗效果，现报道如下。
