摘要：采用棉花叶片、蚕豆苗叶片、小油菜叶片、甘蓝叶片和条状折叠纸片、蜂窝状纸片作为人工繁育异色瓢虫（Harmonia axyridis Pallas）的产卵介质，研究异色瓢虫对不同介质的趋向性。结果表明，异色瓢虫更喜欢在甘蓝叶片和折叠纸片上产卵，同时不同产卵介质上单雌产卵量、卵孵化率统计分析显示，甘蓝叶片和折叠纸片上单雌产卵量较多，而卵孵化率不存在显著差异，均在90%左右。结合产卵介质在25 ℃保存期研究表明，条状折叠纸片为最优产卵介质。

Screening Test of Spawning Medium Artificial Breeding Harmonia axyridis Pallas

Abstract： Using leaves of cotton，broad bean，pakchoi，cabbage，folding papers and honeycomb papers as the spawning medium of artificial breeding Harmonia axyridis Pallas，the tendency of different spawning medium were studied. Results showed that Harmonia axyridis preferred folding papers and leaves of cabbage as the spawning medium. Meanwhile， the statistical analysis showed that the egg-laying amount of per female in leaves of cabbage and folding papers were more than in others，and the egg hatching rates did not exist significant differences among six materials， all at around 90%. Combined with the result of storage at 25 ℃， folding paper was recommended as the best spawning medium.

异色瓢虫（Harmonia axyridis Pallas）属鞘翅目瓢虫科，是多种害虫的天敌，对各类蚜虫、某些蚧壳虫、粉虱、木虱、螨类以及某些鳞翅目、鞘翅目害虫的卵和低龄幼虫具有控制作用，特别是对蚜虫的控制作用最为广泛[1]。

近年来，为了在防治中更好地利用异色瓢虫，许多研究者陆续开展了该虫的人工繁育研究工作，关于该虫的饲养方法[2，3]、人工饲料[4-7]以及低温贮藏技术[8-10]等方面都取得了一定的进展。但是，有关异色瓢虫在人工饲养条件下适宜的产卵介质方面的研究还比较少。人工饲养异色瓢虫时，其卵多产于蚜虫寄生的植物叶片或养虫容器的器壁上。异色瓢虫的卵体小、壁薄、易破损，因此卵块的收集很困难，虽然产卵量很高，但难以有效利用。研究比较了6种不同材料作为异色瓢虫产卵介质的适合性，为人工繁育异色瓢虫过程中产卵介质的选择提供可靠的依据。……
