摘要：2012年征集了10个鲜食大豆（Glycine max）品种在湖北武汉、黄冈、黄石、孝感等8个试验点进行区域试验，结果表明，绿宝石（安）、真龙2号和武青1号等3个品种完成了两年的试验工作，景峰2号、辽00136-1和浙H0526等3个品种由于熟性、品质和产量等因素不符合品种审定标准而建议退出试验，龙泉神剑和交大08-26等2个品种可保留进行后续试验，AGS292可继续作为对照品种进行试验。

Regional Examination of Edible Fresh Spring Soybean Varieties in Hubei Province in 2012

Abstract： 10 edible fresh soybean varieties were used for regional examination in 8 test stations including the cities of Wuhan， Huanggang， Huangshi and Xiaogan of Hubei province in 2012.The results showed that three varieties， including Lubaoshi（an）， Zhenlong No.2 and Wuqing No.1， were suggested to finish the examination work after being taken two years test. Three varieties， including Jingfeng 2， Liao 00136-1 and Zhe H0526，were out of the exit the test due to the maturity， yield， quality and other factors， which did not meet the variety examination and approval standards. By contraries， another two varieties， such as Longquanshengjian and Jiaoda 08-26 could be retained for further test. AGS292 could be taken as the contrast variety for further test.

鲜食大豆（Gly cine max）是湖北省都市农业产业优势作物，可用作粮食、蔬菜、饮料等。为规范鲜食大豆种子市场，从2011年起，湖北省正式开展鲜食大豆品种区域试验工作，取得了阶段性的成果[1]。2012年对2011年建议保留继续试验的品种和引进的新品种进行了区域试验[2-6]。

1 材料与方法

1.1 参试材料与试验单位

2012年参试品种（系）共10个，对照品种为浙鲜4号和AGS292，其中绿宝石（安）、真龙二号和武青一号为第二年参加试验，其他品种均为第一年参加试验。试验由8个试验单位承担。品种（系）名称、供种（选育）单位、试验承担单位及地点如表1所示。

1.2 试验设计

试验设计采用随机区组排列，3次重复。小区种植面积10.8 m2，行距0.40 m，株距0.08 m。每穴播种2～3粒，定苗时留苗1株，密度为2.0万株/667 m2。收获前割去边行边株，每小区实收计产面积为6.7 m2。

1.3 统计分析

试验数据的统计分析，采用《农作物品种（系）区域试验管理统计分析系统 1.0》，以产量数据为主要分析依据，对参试品种产量进行方差分析以及丰产性、稳产性等分析。
