[摘要] 疾病诊治过程的探索性是指疾病诊治过程是一个由不知到知之、由知之不多到知之更多的由浅入深的认识过程，医疗管理者、医疗从业者、司法执法者、医疗需求者对待医疗活动和医疗过错都应当尊重这一客观规律。医疗管理者从立法立规开始用科学的规定来约束管理医疗行业，医疗从业人员按照马克思主义认识论的基本要求进行疾病的诊治，执法人员根据疾病诊治过程探索性的基本规律看待和处理医疗案件。医疗需求者对医疗活动的要求不能超越这一基本规律支配作用的结果。构建和谐医患关系绝不仅仅是医疗机构和医务人员的单方行为所能做到的，需要全社会不同角色的人员共同尊重并遵循疾病诊治过程探索性的客观规律。

[Abstract] Explorativeness of disease diagnosis and treatment refers to progressive cognition from unknown to known and from little to much. Medical administrators， health care workers， law enforcement personnel and medical demanders should all obey this objective law while handling with medical activities and medical mistakes. Specifically， medical administrators ought to restrain medical industry with scientific legislation， health care workers conduct disease diagnosis and treatment based on Marxist epistemology， law enforcement personnel treat and handle with medical cases according to basic law of explorativeness in disease diagnosis and treatment. Requirement of medical demanders cant surpass the domination of this basic law. To build harmonious doctor-patient relationship is more than unilateral act of medical institutions and medical personnel. It is necessary for the whole society to respect and obey the objective law of explorativeness in disease diagnosis and treatment.

所谓“探索”指多方寻求答案，解决疑问。而“疑问”则为“不能确定的，不能解决的”[1]之意。疾病诊治过程的探索性，就是说疾病诊治过程具有“多方寻求答案，解决疑问”的性质。简言之，疾病的诊治过程实际上是对未知的认识过程。既然疾病诊治过程是一个探索的、对未知的认识过程，那么这种探索就应当符合人类认识过程的客观规律。作为对疾病进行认识的主体的医务人员首先必须遵循这一规律才能在对患者的疾病诊治过程中做到尽可能的科学合理。从事医疗行业管理的行政人员、处理相关医疗事件的执法人员、关注医疗行业的新闻媒体人员、对医疗行业有着必然需求的患者更应该尊重这一客观存在的规律，才有可能理性、科学、公正地对待医疗工作和医疗机构与医务人员，消除不切实际的期望和要求。……
