摘 要 随着科学技术的发展以及现代信息技术的普及，对教育变革产生不可忽略的影响。虽然现代信息技术给教育变革带来创新并注入新鲜力量，但与此同时也存在一定的负面影响。因此，如何取其精华去其糟粕，让它成为教育变革的正能量，需要教育工作者深入研究，最终建成一个相对完善的以现代信息技术为主、传统教育方式为辅的符合时代发展特征的现代教育体制。

Abstract Science and technology as well as modern information technology are getting more and more developed which helps pave the way for the development of modernization in all fields including education， on which they have an impact that cannot be ignored. Yet， despite the fresh force it has brought into education reform， there are several negative aspects in it worth being taken into consideration. Thus， aiming to eventually establish a relatively complete modern education system that goes with the characteristics of the times， with modern information technology as the major contributor and traditional education as the supplementary， it requires the educationists to figure out a way to get rid of its negatives and keep its essence with further studies and researches to form it into the core of education reform.

随着现代信息技术的不断发展及国民生产水平的提高，信息革命正席卷各行各业，深入并渗透于各个领域。现代信息技术涉及的领域几乎无处不在，建筑设计、科学研究、物业管理、零售批发等。我国教育行业同样进入快速发展时期，逐渐走上以现代信息技术为主要载体的发展道路。本文主要调研我国教育行业的发展现状，以及现代信息技术在教育行业中的主要存在形式，同时研究现代信息技术对教育变革的主要影响，辩证看待现代信息技术对教育变革的影响，取其精华去其糟粕，以期能对现代教育变革的发展有借鉴作用。下面主要针对三个方面对其展开：何谓现代信息技术？何谓教育变革？现代信息技术对教育变革有何影响？

1 何谓现代信息技术

通俗地讲，现代信息技术是在科学技术的不断发展过程中，以多媒体技术及传输媒介为核心的一类技术。现代信息技术能够实现一系列功能，如信息的获得、处理、传输、编辑、复制以及可再生。……
