摘 要：通过从专业培养目标、岗位适应能力等方面分析了应用型园林专业人才职业岗位能力的培养现状及发展趋势，提出了通过构建突出职业岗位能力的实践教学模式、提升岗位适应能力的课程群的开发建设以及构建以职业岗位为核心的人才质量评价考核体系等措施，来培养适应园林行业发展需求的应用型园林专业人才。

Abstract： Through the training target， from professional post adaptability and other aspects of the cultivation of current application and development trend of landscape architecture professional occupation post ability， put forward by constructing a prominent occupation post ability practice teaching mode， improve post adaptability curriculum development and construction of the group and the construction of evaluation system of talent quality in occupation jobs as the core such measures， to cultivate practical garden professional development needs of the landscape industry.

1 应用型园林专业人才职业岗位能力的培养现状

城市绿化是城市生态建设的重要内容，是提高城市居民生活质量、实现城市可持续发展的客观要求，是一项是重要的民生工程。目前，我国城市化进程快速推进，城市、人口与生态环境的矛盾日益突出，我们赖以生存的环境产生了前所未有的生态压力，城市化和城市生态化发展为风景园林事业提出了更加艰巨的任务和要求，因此，园林行业对人才需求越来越迫切。同时，近年随着园林企业接受国际先进技术和经验的步伐不断加快，市场对劳动力整体的技术与职业化要求越来越高，促使众多本科院校特别是地方新建本科院校的园林专业朝着职业能力明显的应用型专业方向发展。

然而，园林专业是一个涉及面广、实践性非常强的专业，很多学校的园林专业在工程教育方面较弱，培养出的园林人才也不能很好地适应企业工程技术要求。目前突出的问题主要表现如下。……
