摘 要 随着脑科学和心理学对早期教育发展价值的认识不断深入，我国幼儿教育事业也出现了蓬勃发展，不少幼儿园设置托班，接收3岁以下幼儿，导致幼儿入园适应性问题愈演愈烈。本研究从微系统的角度出发，对家长、幼儿园、教师以及家园合作各方提出策略，以更好地帮助家长和幼儿教师解决由于入园提前和教养不当等带来的入园适应性问题，促进幼儿健康发展。

To Solve the Problem of Children in Adaptability

Based on the Micro System

Abstract As brain science and psychology developing， the value of children education is quickly concerned. Certainly the career of children education is also quickly developing. Many kindergartens receive children under three years old. In addition， parents upbringing unscientific all these make children difficult in adaptability. This study from the perspective of micro system， including kindergartens， parents， teachers， and home four aspects put forward the strategy to better help parents and teachers solve the problems in adaptability to promote the healthy development of young children.

生态系统理论将人生活于其中并与之相互作用的不断变化的环境称为行为系统。该系统分为4 个层次，由小到大分别是：微系统、中系统、外系统和宏系统。从微系统到宏系统，对儿童的影响也从直接到间接。①对于幼儿影响最直接的是微系统即家庭，随着幼儿入园，幼儿园也成为微系统中的一个重要因素。另外，家庭和幼儿园之间的相互关系作为中系统也影响着幼儿的成长。我国《3～6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中健康领域也明确提出：情绪安定愉快，具有一定的适应能力。由此可见，幼儿能否适应从家庭到幼儿园的环境变化是幼儿心理健康的表现，家庭和幼儿园对入园适应问题不容忽视。本文将在分析入园适应性问题的表现和原因的基础上，以微系统为主，中系统为辅提出解决方法。具体地说就是在幼儿入园前和入园后，家庭、幼儿园、教师以及三者协同起来采取一系列措施，以期为幼儿进入幼儿园愉快的生活、学习扫除一定的障碍。……
