摘 要 作为青年学生的聚集地，高校成为了展现当代网络政治社会化过程的主要场所，作为为国选才、培养专业合格、政治过硬人才的基地，高校又必须认真做好思想政治教育工作，因此，探究网络政治社会化与高校思想政治教育工作之间的关系，并把二者有效联系起来，对进一步改进和完善高校思想政治教育工作，显得尤为重要并极富意义。

Relations of College Ideological and Political Education and

College Students' Network Political Socialization

Abstract As a gathering place for young students， the university has become a show of contemporary political socialization process network the main place， as for the country selection， training of qualified professionals， political strong talent base， universities must also do a good job of ideological and political education work， therefore， to explore network of relationships with political socialization between the ideological and political education work， and to put an effective link between the two， to further improve and perfect the ideological and political education work， it is particularly important and highly significant.

“政治社会化”主要是指，通过对政治文化的传播，使得整个社会与社会成员之间发生一定的关系，并且相互作用，最终使得社会的个体由“自然人”逐渐转变为“政治人”的过程。“网络政治社会化”则主要是指，在信息时代政治文化的传播媒介上主要是借助网络媒体的传播，而使人迅速成为“政治人”的过程。“思想政治教育”是指教育者根据一定社会的思想品德要求，和受教者的思想品德形成与发展的规律，对受教育者施加有目的、有计划、有组织的教育影响，促使受教育者产生内在的思想矛盾运动，以形成一定社会所期望的思想品德的过程。①而“高校思想政治教育”，则主要是针对大学生这一特殊的群体来进行的教育。高校的思想政治教育必须以大学生作为基本的立足点，然后在结合大学生生理、心理特点的基础上，考虑到其周围所处的社会、生活环境等，将教育的平台放在髙校，使用更贴近大学生实际的教育手段，从而达到思想政治教育目的、丰富思想政治教育手段，以提高思想政治教育的实效性 。……
