摘 要：通过对国内设施果树栽培及冬枣产业发展现状进行分析，论述了冀东地区大力发展冬枣设施栽培的重大意义，全面分析了面临的主要问题，并针对这些问题提出了具体的应对措施，为规模化发展设施冬枣栽培，突破冬枣产业发展过程中的瓶颈，指出了一条切实可行的发展路径。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of status of the domestic cultivation of fruit trees and the development of facility winter jujube industry， this article discusses the significance of developing facility winter jujube cultivation in East Hebei， and the main problems and the specific response measures are also deeply studied. So that， this paper points out a feasible development path， in which， the bottlenecks encountered in the development process would be broken， and the facilities winter jujube cultivation would be wildly developed.

冀东地区的黄骅、盐山、沧县、献县等几个县市是河北省冬枣的主要产地，占到河北省冬枣总产量的80%以上，但是，随着种植面积的逐年增大，一些问题逐渐显现出来。首先，单位面积的经济效益下降较为明显，平均价格由20世纪90年代的30～50元·kg-1下降到目前的6～12元·kg-1；其次，由于冬枣成熟期较为集中，出现了卖枣难的情况，经销商压级压价现象时有发生，使枣农丰产不丰收。随着种群面积的加大，各种病虫害发生日趋严重，管理难度增加。冬枣的品质下降，口感与风味较90年代变差，以上这些问题制约着黄骅冬枣产业的发展。近年来，随着农村种植结构的调整，设施果树生产技术获得了突飞猛进的发展，技术逐渐成熟，辽宁、山西、山东、陕西、河北等省市对发展设施冬枣生产进行了有益的探索[1-2]，并获得了很大的成功，取得了较好的经济效益，积累了丰富的生产经验，充分借鉴这些经验，在冀东地区发展设施冬枣产业，是一条解决上述问题的前景广阔的路。
