【摘 要】 目的：分析病理技术质量控制常见的问题，探讨总结改进措施，为提高病理技术质量提供科学依据。方法：我院自2012年1月来对病理技术质量控制进行科学管理，包括制定合理的质量控制管理条例，定期组织强化病理技术人员的专业技能，对HE切片制作中的操作严格规范处理以及制定病理档案等途径，对比质量控制管理前后病理技术质量的差异。结果：在科学的病理技术质量控制下，病理及时质量得到一定程度提升，其中控制后的制片失败率和错漏事件发生率较前明显下降，两组间差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：病理技术质量与标本接收与预处理、切片、试剂质量以及档案管理等多个环节多因素有关，科学严谨的质量控制是确保病理技术质量的关键。

【abstract】 objective： to analyze the pathological technique for quality control of the common problems and discusses improvement measures are summarized， which will provide a scientific basis for improve the quality of pathology. Methods： from January 2012 to pathological technology for scientific management and quality control including setting reasonable quality control regulations， organize regular reinforcement pathological technical personnel's professional skills， to HE sliced the operating strict processing and pathological archives， differences in the quality of pathological technical comparison before and after the quality control management. Results： the pathology in science and technology quality control， pathological timely quality improved to a certain extent， which control the production after failure rate and any errors from the previous event rate significantly decreased， the significant difference between the two groups （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the pathological specimens of technical quality and receiving and pretreatment， slice， reagent quality and multiple link multiple factors such as file management， scientific and strict quality control is the key to ensure the quality of pathology.

病理技术作为临床辅助检查中的重要组成部分，直接关系到临床诊断以及为治疗的开展提供依据，科学、准确的病理报告是诊治工作的基础[1]。病理技术人员在工作中，除了掌握读片、切片等基本知识外，亦需涉及试剂、标本管理、报告描述与发布等多项工作，故其需对病理的相关知识有全面的了解。但多年的临床经验发现，当前我国医院仍存在不同程度的病理技术质量纰漏问题，成为限制科室乃至医院发展的因素之一。本研究通过分析病理技术质量控制常见的问题，探讨总结改进措施，并对病理技术质量控制前后做对比，取得一定进展，现报告如下：
