摘要 [目的] 为花鳗鲡的病害防治提供科学、有效的理论依据。[方法] 从花鳗鲡内脏组织中分离出3株病原菌（迟钝爱德华氏菌、嗜水气单胞菌、威隆气单胞菌），选择4种中药（虎杖、大黄、五倍子、黄连）和3种西药（氟苯尼考、阿莫西林、强力霉素）采用琼脂平板稀释法进行体外抑菌试验。[结果] 4种中药和3种西药对花鳗鲡致病菌均有不同程度的抑菌、杀菌效果。五倍子、大黄和氟苯尼考的抑菌能力最强，可作为防治该病的有效药物。[结论] 建议在生产实践中多使用中草药或中西药联用。

Screening Chinese Herbal Medicine and Western Medicine for Controlling Bacterial Diseases of Anguilla marmorata

Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific and effective theoretical basis for controlling the diseases of Anguilla marmorata. [Method] Three strains of pathogenic bacteria （including Edwardsiella tarda， Aeromonas hydrophila and Aeromonas veronii）were isolated from the internal tissues of Anguilla marmorata. Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine （Fallopia japonica， Rheum officinale， Rhus chinensis and Coptis chinensis） and three kinds of western medicine （florfenicol， amoxicillin and doxycycline） were selected to make the antibacterial test in vitro by using agar plate dilution method. [Result] Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and three kinds of western medicine had antibacterial effects on pathogenic bacteria of A. marmorata. Rhus chinensis Mill.，Rheum palmatum Linn.and florfenicol had the highest antibacterial effects， so they could be used as the effective drugs against these diseases. [Conclusion] It was suggested that more Chinese herbal medicine and combined application of Chinese herbal medicine and western medicine should used in the production.

花鳗鲡（Anguilla marmorata）为脊索动物门、脊椎动物亚门、硬骨鱼纲、辐鳍亚纲、鳗鲡总目、鳗鲡目、鳗鲡科、鳗鲡属的一种，又称鲈鳗，是世界上鳗鲡属中分布最广泛的一种^[1]，北至韩国济州岛、东至小笠原群岛、南至南太平洋的马克萨斯群岛、西至非洲东海岸的纳塔尔均有分布；在我国自钱塘江至海南省各江河水系中都有分布。

花鳗鲡因其市场价格是其他鳗鲡品种的3～5倍，备受养殖者的青睐，盲目的集约化养殖和养殖環境的不断恶化，导致近几年花鳗鲡养殖病害频繁发生，经济损失惨重。以往关于花鳗鲡的研究集中在其分类、地理分布、生活习性、资源调查等方面^[2-6]，而在花鳗鲡病害防治药物的研究上极少。笔者以自主分离的花鳗鲡致病菌为研究基础，选择4种中药和3种西药采用琼脂平板稀释法，针对分离的3株花鳗鲡致病菌进行体外抑菌试验，以期为养殖户提供科学、有效的病害防治理论依据。……
