【摘要】目的 探讨持续性人文关怀理念应用在ICU护理中的临床意义。方法 选取2013年3月~2014年1月我院ICU收治的260例为研究对象，采用随机抽签分组方法将其分成观察组和对照组，每组130例，对照组采用ICU常规护理，观察组在此基础上融入持续性人文关怀护理理念。观察两组患者的舒适度、焦虑情绪，以及基础护理质量、护理满意度。结果 经过统计分析得出，对照组患者焦虑情绪明显高于观察组患者焦虑情绪（t=4.3031,P=0.0000）；对照组护理质量、舒适度、满意度明显低于观察组（t=2.7812,P=0.0000; χ2=34.1768,P=0.0000；χ2=23.0567,P=0.0000；）。结论 对ICU患者实施常规护理基础上采取持续性的人文关怀理念护理，能有效减轻患者的焦虑情绪，提高护理质量，并能提高患者的舒适度和满意度，值得在临床上推广借鉴。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of persistent humane care in the ICU nursing. Methods: 260 cases, which are from March 2013 to January 2014 in the ICU of our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 130 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing care, and the observation group received the persistent humane care on this basis. Comfort degrees, anxiety degree, the basic nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results: the scores of anxiety degree of observation group is significantly lower than the control group（P＜0.05）,and the nursing quality ,the comfort degrees and nursing satisfaction of the observation group is better than the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: The application of persistent humane nursing care on the basis of routine nursing can effectively reduce patients anxiety degrees and improve the nursing quality and patients comfort degrees, and should be popularized and applied in clinical practice.

ICU作为抢救危重病人的重要场所，对护理人员有较高的要求，ICU的病人有病情危重、无家人陪伴等特点，病人容易產生焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等心理，对疾病的恢复极其不利［1］。而在传统的ICU护理过程中，医务人员往往对疾病的关注更多，而忽视了患者的心理需求。对此，在对ICU患者的护理过程中，要融入持续性的人文关怀理念，为患者减轻焦虑，提高患者舒适度，提高护理服务质量，提高患者对护理满意度，和谐医患关系，帮助患者早日康复［2］。为探讨持续性人文关怀理念应用在ICU护理中的临床意义，笔者选取我院2013年3月~2014年1月收治的ICU患者260例为研究对象，具体报道如下。……
