【摘 要】医院基建档案管理普遍存在资料收集不及时、内容不完整、整理装订立卷不规范等问题。究其原因主要有：档案管理制度不健全、责任不明确和管理人员专业水平不高等。要解决这些问题，必须从建立制度入手，明确档案资料收集范围，分清医院与施工单位资料收集的责任，同时要注意加强档案管理人员素质培养，不断提高业务素质和专业水平。对基建档案管理工作有关职能部门应落实好制度，履行好职责。

【Abstract】Management of hospital infrastructure construction archives widespread data collection is not timely， content is not complete， finishing binding on the problems such as nonstandard. The reason mainly has： the file management system is not perfect， responsibility is not clear and management professional level is not high. To solve these problems， we must start from the build system， clear archives collection range， to distinguish between the hospital and the construction unit data collection responsibility， also should pay attention to strengthening the training of personnel quality of archive management， and constantly improve the service quality and professional level. The relevant functional departments of construction archives management work should implement the system， carry out their duties.

引 言

医院基本建设档案资料是指医院的建筑物、构筑物以及地上、地下管线等基本建设项目从酝酿、决策到建成使用过程中所形成的、应当归档保存的材料。包括基本建设项目的提出、调研、可行性研究、评估、决策、计划、勘测、设计、施工、调试、生产准备、竣工、试生产（ 使用）等工作活动中形成文字材料、图纸、图表、计算材料、声像材料等形式与载体的文件材料。医院基本建设档案资料真实记记载医院基本建设项目的规模、体积、高度、坐落方位、建筑结构、建筑材料和使用维护要求等，是医院建设和管理工作的重要组成部分。近年来，随着国家医药卫生体制改革的不断深入，医院的基础设施建设规模和速度都在不断壮大，医院众多新建、扩建的建设项目应运而生，为医院的快速发展和腾飞奠定了基础。医院基本建设资料不仅对在建工程有指导性作用，其对医……
