摘 要：煤矿井下生产的特殊环境对机电、电气设备的安全运行提出了更高、更严格的要求。而因为管理不善等原因所造成的煤矿机电事故也开始成为制约我国煤矿生产及煤矿行业可持续发展的一个重要因素。本文主要针对当前煤矿机电设备管理存在的问题进行探讨，并从管理制度的规范、提高机电设备管理队伍的素质、加强机电安全管理等几个方面进行分析研究，寻找解决问题的措施。

Abstract： the special environment of coal mine electrical and mechanical， electrical equipment safety operation put forward higher， more stringent requirements. While the electromechanical accident in coal mine because of mismanagement and other reasons has become an important factor restricting Chinas coal production and coal industry sustainable development. This paper discusses mainly the management of coal mine electromechanical equipment problems， research and analysis from the management system of norms， improve the management team quality， strengthening electromechanical equipment of Electromechanical Safety Management， to find the measures to solve the problem.

1 当前 地方煤矿机电管理中存在的问题

1.1 机电专业队伍难以稳定，机电技术力量薄弱

煤矿是高危行业，工作环境差、不安全因素较多，对许多大学毕业生缺乏足够的择业吸引力，又缺乏有效的激励机制，因此不能有效地吸引和留住优秀的专业技术人员，加上大部分煤矿认为机电维护工属于辅助工种，不加重视，待遇不高，造成机电维护工纷纷跳槽，导致煤矿机电设备管理专业队伍不稳定。随着机电專业人才的不断流失，许多岗位人员青黄不接，年龄结构不合理，在岗人员技术不成熟、知识储备不充足、相关操作经验缺乏，致使企业发展缺乏技术支撑，生产效率低下、发展后劲不足，科技和技术创新更是无从谈起。有调查表明，现在乡镇煤矿中从事机电工作的人员大都是农民工，文化水平普遍较低，对一些机电设备的简单故障也无法及时排除，更谈不上应用计算机参与现代化设备管理。
