摘 要：社会系统理论的第三次浪潮提出一个亟待解决的问题，即如何找到一个合适的理论来描述社会过程，尤其是描述社会系统的群体经验生成过程，过程思想则为探究这个问题提供了原则性的分析工具。过程思想构建出一种经验分析模型，强调感受经验、感受经验的传递、客观经验的突现、过程因果效力的建构等层次性特征，以系统群体经验与个体经验的关系互动为基本分析对象，为描述社会系统的群体经验生成及其原因提供一条新的研究进路。

Study on the process of group experience in social systems

Abstract： The third wave of social systems puts forward an urgent problem about how to find a suitable theory to describe the social process of group experience， especially the generating process of group experience in social systems. The process thought offers principal analytical tools for exploring such a problem. The process thought constructs an experience model with hierarchical features of feelings， transference of feelings， prominence of objective experience and processing causal efficacy. This paper analyzes the interactive relations between individual and group experiences and provides a new approach for the generation and its cause of group experience in social systems.

20世纪40年代到90年代，具有普遍性理想的一般系统理论及其影响下的系统运动，在解释自然系统方面取得空前成功，而在解释人类社会方面进展缓慢，主要是以系统隐喻的方式来理解人类社会，但这却引发了一系列的问题：是否可以用系统概念和方法来解释所有层次？人类社会是否具有独特性？复杂社会系统如何产生？什么样的社会系统更加有效和稳定？稳定的社会系统如何进化？……
