【摘要】目的 了解钦州市县镇级产科卫技人员现状，探讨应对策略。方法 对钦州市县镇级所属辖区的医疗保健机构发放调查表，进行调查填报。结果 钦州市基层产科卫技人员职称低，学历低，低年资，人员配备不足、流失快，工作负荷过重。结论 政府应加强基层产科人才队伍建设，稳定人才，提高产科服务能力，为广大妇女提供更为优质的医疗服务。

【Abstract】Objective Learn Qinzhou city and county township status obstetric health technicians， explore coping strategies. Method Qinzhou city and county township on an area of health care institutions issuing questionnaires， surveys reported. Result Qinzhou primary obstetric health technicians titles low， Less educated， Low seniority， Inadequate staffing， the loss quickly， work overload. Conclusion Government should strengthen the building of grassroots obstetric personnel， Stable personnel， improve obstetric service capabilities， For the majority of women to provide more high-quality medical services.

近年来，我国基层医疗卫生机构设施条件得到了明显改善，但人才队伍建设相对滞后，数量不足、素质不高、队伍不稳定等问题比较突出，已成为制约基层医疗卫生机构进一步改善服务和提高水平的“瓶颈”^[1]。而产科工作具有服务对象的特殊性和技术的高风险性，要有与其功能、任务和规模相适应的人员队伍，才能保证服务质量，满足服务对象的需求。同时，产科卫技人员还承担开展国家基本公共卫生服务孕产妇保健项目、实施国家重大公共卫生服务妇幼项目，包括 “降消”项目、“增补叶酸”项目、“两癌”检查项目和实施广西医改母婴健康 “一免二补幸福工程”（ 免费婚前医学检查、农村孕妇产前筛查和新生儿疾病筛查补助） 和 “地中海贫血防治计划”项目。而我市基层产科卫技人员队伍的数量、质量及结构等不能满足快速发展的妇女健康需求。本文通知调查本市县镇级产科卫技人员现状，分析其学历、职称、年龄结构等情况，探讨应对策略，为行政主管部门提供参考依据。……
