摘 要 服务意识是人类文明进步的产物，智库—百科对其定义的阐述是指企业全体员工在与一切企业利益相关的人或企业的交往中所体现的为其提供热情、周到、主动的服务的欲望和意识。即自觉主动做好服务工作的一种观念和愿望，它发自服务人员的内心。此外服务意识还是一个人是否具有责任意识、担当精神和主人翁意识的体现，那当代大学生要不要培养服务意识呢？答案是肯定的，因为大学生也在慢慢融入到社会分工之中，没有一定的服务意识很难成为一名优秀的企业员工。如何培养大学生的服务意识，从而树立科学的价值观，是新时期高校思想政治教育面临的重要课题。

Abstract Service consciousness is the product of human civilization and progress， a think-tank - wiki on its definition refers to the staff in all business interests or business dealings with warm and thoughtful， which reflected in active service and consciousness Namely， take the initiative to do a good job of service idea and desire consciously， it sends from the heart of service person .In addition ，service consciousness or whether a person has the responsibility consciousness， act as the embodiment of the spirit and awareness， the contemporary college students should cultivate consciousness of service？ The answer is positive， because college students are gradually integrated into the social division of labor， it is hard to become excellent enterprise employees without service consciousness .How to cultivate college students' service consciousness to establish scientific values， it is an important task to the ideological and political education in the new period.

1 调查概况及结果

2013年上半年根据课题研究进度，我们组织了一次关于大学生服务意识与就业相关问题的问卷调查，调查采用问卷，座谈和个别访谈三种主要形式。内容涉及对服务意识的认知状况、对其形成的影响因素、服务意识对就业的影响以及服务意识培养现状等。此次调查发出问卷550份，回收问卷522份，调研对象为广西科技大学鹿山学院10个系大一年级到大四年级，38各专业及专业方向的学生，样本涵盖工学、管理学、文学、艺术学以及经济学五大学科门类。座谈会以年级为单位，避免因高年级社会兼职参与度高于低年级而影响低年级学生的个人判断，分三场进行分……
