摘 要 本文在理清了高职学校学生思想政治教育工作的重要价值的之上，分析了高职学校学生思想政治教育工作存在的主要困境，并提出了有针对性的对策措施，主要包括从战略层面高度重视高职学校学生思想政治教育工作，加强高职学校学生思想政治教育的师资队伍建设，优化高职学校学生思想政治教育工作的方法。以期能够对促进高职学校学生思想政治教育工作有所裨益。

Abstract On the paper to clarify the important value of vocational school students 'ideological and political education， the analysis of the main difficulties vocational school students' ideological and political education of existing and proposed targeted countermeasures， including from the strategic level attaches great importance to vocational school students 'ideological and political education， strengthening the teaching staff vocational school students' ideological and political education， vocational schools to optimize working methods of ideological and political education. 1 高职学校学生思想政治教育工作的重要价值

从根本上说，加强高职学校学生的思想政治工作是为了促进高职学校学生的全面发展。人的全面发展理论是马克思主义科学理论的重要组成部分，马克思在《资本论》中指出“我们把劳动力或劳动能力，理解为人的身体即活的人体中存在的、每当人生产使用某种价值时就会运用的体力和智力的综合。”①这里我们可以看出人的全面发展是指劳动能力的全面发展，其次，人的全面发展还包括人的社会关系的全面发展，因为人的本质是一切现实社会关系的总和，社会关系不仅仅决定着人的本质也决定着人的发展。再次，人的全面发展包括人的素质的全面发展，人的综合素质包括思想道德素质、科学文化素质和身心健康素质，在人的素质结构中最为重要最为核心的乃是人的思想道德素质，所以有必要通过进行思想政治工作，提高人的思想素质、政治素质、道德素质和法律素质等，进而促进人的全面发展。……
