摘 要 在经济全球化、社会文化多元化的条件下，理工科大学生的思想状况呈现出重实用，轻审美；重个人，轻集体；重利益，轻道义的特点。社会、学校、个人是造成理工科大学生思想现状的主要原因。高校辅导员以思想政治教育为工作出发点，注重培养理工科大学生的审美情趣和人文素质，争取把学生培养成自由全面的社会人。

Education in Human Spirit Perspective

Abstract In the context of economic globalization， social and cultural diversity of conditions， state of mind showing a heavy science and engineering students practical， light aesthetic； heavy personal， light collective； heavy interest， light moral characteristics. The community， the school， the individual is the main cause of the status quo thinking of science and engineering students. Ideological and Political Education of college counselors work with the starting point， focus on training and human aesthetic quality of science and engineering students， and strive to nurture students with comprehensive social freedom.

“培养什么人，如何培养人”是教育目标和教育方法的本质要求。新中国成立以来，受苏联教育模式的影响，我国高校对理工大学生的培养形成了重技术实践能力培训，轻人文精神熏陶的局面。改革开放以来，社会主义市场经济体制确立，经济全球化时代如约而至。在“以经济建设为中心”的历史语境中，理工科大学生发挥了其技能优势，促进了科技、经济的发展。随着改革的进一步深化，国内外各种思想、潮流、文化相互碰撞，对理工科大学生思想政治教育产生了深远的影响。在多元化的社会格局中，如何加强理工科大学的思想政治教育是每一位教育必须思考和面对的问题。本文试图以人文精神为逻辑起点，从理工科大学生的思想现状、形成原因和应对策略三个角度进行阐释和讨论。

人的自由而全面的发展是马克思科学社会主义理论的重要内容。良性的教育能够弥补社会分工的片面性，促进社会个体自由而全面的发展。受社会舆论、教育模式和个体价值多元化的影响，理工科大学生的思想状态呈现出重实用，轻审美；……
