摘 要 本文针对高校心理委员培训缺乏系统系而导致心理委员职责不明确、无法在班级中发挥作用的现象，作者结合从事心理委员培训工作的实际经历，通过访谈、问卷调查、文献查阅等方法，分析高校心理委员工作的现状，参照国内高校心理委员培训的有益经验，探索性地设计出一套培训方案。结果表明，通过培训大部分心理委员对于基础知识掌握较好，并提高了工作能力，增加了心理委员的自我效能感。

Abstract In this paper， for the lack of systematic training college psychology department members and committee responsibilities are not clear， lead to psychological， can not play a role in the class phenomenon， combined with practical experience of the members engaged in psychological training through interviews， questionnaires， literature review and other methods to analyze university psychological status of members of the work， referring to members of national psychology training colleges useful experience， exploratory design a set of training programs. The results showed that the majority of psychological members through training to better grasp the basics and improve work capacity， increasing the sense of psychological members of self-efficacy.

1 高校心理委员培训的现状

第一，培训缺乏系统性。系统性的培训包括两层含义：培训内容应以系统的心理学理论为依据，由专业教师实施；其次培训应持续相当长的时间保证它的完整性；再者，内容设置应符合不同的培训对象。而不是像目前很多高校的做法——仅通过专业课、参加会议获取一部分相关知识。培训没有系统性会直接导致心理委员根本无法胜任工作。黄晓芳（2008）的研究曾对浙江省7所高校心理委员工作的现状进行了调查，心理委员中表示自己没有参加过心理知识及助人技巧的培训的有73.4%。对一般学生的调查发现，认为“学校对心理委员的系统培训不够”的学生有1.2%。

第二，培训缺乏长效性。通常在选拔好心理委员之后，相关老师会采用讲座等形式给新当选的心理委员进行几个学时的岗位培训。缺乏后续的培训和指导，当心理委员在开展工作中遇到具体的问题和困难时则无从解决。……
