摘 要 英语自学能力，就是学生自己能独立学习和获取英语知识的能力，自学能力是一个人终身受益的法宝，现如今，教师不仅要做到传道、授业、解惑，还应该“授之以渔”。英语自学能力的特点，决定了培养中小学生自学能力的必要性。通过学生对英语学习目的和学习障碍的了解，及时培养中小学生认真预习、及时复习、独立完成作业以及开口说英语、读英语的学习习惯。根据学生的学习能力和语言天赋及个体差异的不同，教师应设法激发每个学生的英语学习热情，使其树立信心，以便使学生养成良好的英语自学能力。

Abstract English self-learning ability， is that students' ability to learn and acquire English knowledge independently， self-learning ability is a person a lifetime of magic， now， teachers should not only be preaching， Tuition， FAQ， should "teach him to fish". Features of English learning ability， determines the necessity of self-learning ability of students in culture. By students learning English and learning disabilities to understand the purpose and timely training schoolchildren serious preparation， timely review， work independently and speak English， read English learning habits. Depending on the student's learning ability and talent and individual differences in language， teachers should try to inspire each student's passion for learning English to build confidence， to enable students to develop good English self-learning ability.

英语自学能力，就是指学生自己能独立学习和获取英语知识的能力，自学能力是一个人终身受益的法宝，现如今，教师不仅要做到传道、授业、解惑，还应该“授之以渔”。英语自学能力的特点，不仅决定了它能够使中小学生的英语学习效率大大提高，还能够养成学生们的实际能力 ，同时进而对课堂教学起到促进的作用。新时代的每个人都必须做到“活到老，学到老”，更何况英语是一门国际性语言，我们只有学习好英语才能与世界同步发展。因此，具备了一定的英语自学能力，才能在学习中获得成就感、增强自信心，而且在遇到学习困难的时候，也能够持之以恒，克服各种学习障碍，最终完成学习任务。不仅如此，一个学生从小养成了自学习惯，具备了自学能力和独立思考能力，将来踏入社会，他也可以根据自己的需要，创造奇迹。……
