联合吸入布地奈德/异丙托溴铵/氨溴索治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的：观察联合应用布地奈德/异丙托溴铵/氨溴索压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选择2010年10月至2011年10月我院住院的毛细支气管炎患儿202例,随机分成2组，对照组用常规综合治疗，治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用布地奈德/异丙托溴铵/氨溴索压缩雾化吸入，均为5天一疗程,以气促缓解,哮鸣音及湿罗音消失时间,咳嗽消失时间来比较2种方法的疗效。结果总有效率：治疗组92%，对照组64%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论布地奈德/异丙托溴铵/氨溴索压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎能迅速改善症状，方法策便，疗效明确。

Abstract：[Objective]To observe the efficacy of compression atomizing inhalation of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide and ambroxol in treatment of capillary bronchitis curative effect. [Method] 202 cases of children suffered from bronchiolitis admitted to our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was received routine treatment and the treatment group was treated with compression atomizing inhalation of budesonide, ipratropium bromide and ambroxol, besides the basis of the comprehensive treatment The two treatments were both a short course (5 days). The time of alleviation of breath shortness, disappearance of wheeze and moist rales and disappearance of cough were compared between the two groups. [Result] The total effective rate: was 92% in the treatment group and 64% in control group (P< 0.01 ). [Conclusion] Using budesonide and ipratropium bromide / ambroxol atomization inhalation to treat bronchiolitis compression can rapidly improve symptoms and shorten the course of treatment. 毛细支气管炎是一种主要由呼吸道合胞病毒感染引起的婴幼儿较常见的下呼吸道感染性疾病,多见于2岁以内，尤其6个月以下婴幼儿常见，好发于冬春季节，其主要临床表现为咳嗽、喘憋，尤以喘憋更为严重，易并发心、脑、胃肠道损害[1]。由于目前尚没有特效的抗病毒药物，解除呼吸道堵塞、改善通气、控制喘憋是提高毛细支气管炎治疗效果的关键。本文就布地奈德/异丙托溴铵/氨溴索压缩雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效，报告如下。

1 资料及方法

1.1 一般资料

我院2010年10月至2011年10月符合毛细支气管炎诊断标准[2]的住院患儿共202例，男127例，女75例，年龄2.5个月～2岁。治疗前均有咳嗽、气促、喘憋、肺部湿罗音及哮鸣音，均没有使用过常用的糖皮质激素如氟替卡松、布地奈德等，同时排除支气管异物、结核感染、先天性心脏病等疾病,并除外合并心力衰竭、意识障碍、需要呼吸机辅助治疗的患儿。……
