细节管理在老年住院患者安全护理中的应用

目的：实施细节管理提高老年住院患者的护理安全。方法通过增强护理人员安全意识、加强在职培训、重视入院宣教、加强护患沟通、做好患者安全评估、改善老年住院患者的居住环境等一系列细节管理工作，保障老年患者住院期间的安全。结果通过实施细节管理，有效地防止了老年患者各类意外事件的发生，老年住院患者护理不良事件发生率显著下降。结论细节管理是安全护理的需要，加强细节管理，提高了老年患者住院期间的安全性，有效降低了医疗风险。

Abstract：[Objective] To improve the safety of care in senile patients in hospital through enforcing detailed management.[Method] Ensure the safety of senile patients during hospitalization through a series of detailed management, such as enhancing safety awareness of the nursing staff, strengthening vocational training, emphasizing on patient education, enhancing nurse-patient communication, doing well the security assessment of the patients and improving the living conditions of senile patients.[Result] The incidence rate of care and adverse events in senile patients were significantly decreased through enforcing detailed management.[Conclusion] Detailed management is the need for safe care. Enhancement of detailed management can increase the safety of care in senile patients during hospitalization and avoid the medical risks effectually.

患者安全是在医疗过程中对于引起的不良结果或损害所采取的避免、预防与改善措施，这些不良的结果或伤害包括错误、偏差与意外[1]。随着我国人口老龄化程度及人们生活水平的提高，老年患者的住院率逐年上升，由于身体的功能随着年龄的增长而衰退，老年患者往往呈现视力减退、动作缓慢、反应迟钝、记忆力衰退等多系统功能减退的表现，这些均成为影响老年住院患者护理安全的危险因素。因此，老年患者的护理安全是护理管理的重点、难点。从2008年起我院注重老年患者的护理安全管理，从细节入手，有针对性地加强了护理工作中各个环节的安全防范，老年住院患者护理不良事件发生率逐年下降。……
