摘要: 近年来，随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和城市化建设进程的不断加快，工程建设也取得了很大的进步。作为现代工程建设的重要组成部分，土木工程施工质量的管理与控制，成为整个建筑工程项目质量控制的的重点，同时也是保证整个施工项目质量的关键。本文将对土木工程管理及其施工过程中的质量控制问题进行研究，并在此基础上提出一些建设性建议，以期为我国工程建设事业的发展做出一点贡献。

Abstract: in recent years, with the rapid development of our social economy and urbanization construction process accelerating, engineering construction also made a lot of progress. Modern engineering construction as an important component of the civil engineering construction quality management and control, become the whole construction project quality control of the key, and at the same time also is to make sure the whole construction project quality of the key. This paper will on civil engineering management and the construction process of quality control, and based on this, puts forward some constructive Suggestions to the development of the cause of construction in China make some contribution.
