摘 要：近年来在全国范围内推广的Cap封层，是碎石封层系统与稀浆封层系统相结合的一种预防性养护结构层，Cap封层结构以碎石封层作为下承层，稀浆封层作为面层，相结合而形成的结构层次，该结构层结合了碎石封层、稀浆封层两者的优点，具有良好的抗滑性能和良好平整度的同时，阻止地表水对基层的渗透，缓解了基层病害对路面面层的影响，有效的提高了路面耐久性，延长了公路使用寿命。

Abstract: In recent years, the nationwide promotion of Cap seal is crushed stone seal coat and slurry seal system combining a preventive maintenance structure layer, Cap layer structure with crushed stone seal coat as under layer, slurry seal as a surface layer, formed hierarchical structure, the structural layer combine with the crushed stone seal, slurry seal both advantages, has good skid resistance performance and good smoothness at the same time, to prevent the surface water on the grass of the permeability, alleviate the basic diseases on pavement surface layer effect, effectively improve the pavement durability, prolongs the service life of highway.

随着国民经济的迅速发展，对公路行车的安全性、舒适性、快速性要求越来越高，这就要求我们在公路建设和养护过程中要不断的尝试和运用一些新工藝、新技术，以适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要。

近年来在全国范围内推广的Cap封层，是碎石封层系统与稀浆封层系统相结合的一种预防性养护结构层，Cap封层结构以碎石封层作为下承层，稀浆封层作为面层，相结合而形成的结构层次，该结构层结合了碎石封层、稀浆封层两者的优点，具有良好的抗滑性能和良好平整度的同时，阻止地表水对基层的渗透，缓解了基层病害对路面面层的影响，有效的提高了路面耐久性，延长了公路使用寿命。我们以Cap封层技术在天巉公路养护维修工程中的实施为例，浅析Cap封层这种新技术新工艺在高等级公路预防性养护中的运用。

2007年在省公路局的大力支持下，贯彻“预防为主，防治结合”的方针，大力推广和应用先进的养护技术、机械装备和科学的管理方法，对我单位管养的天巉公路K118-K143路段进行了Cap封层养护维修工程。……
