摘要：徐港集团作为徐州市“亿吨大港”的中坚力量，城市的门户和窗口，港口物流的龙头企业，已不是传统意义上的水陆交通枢纽。要扩大企业规模，建立新型的规模港口物流园产业体系，实现港口物流快速发展，提升服务地方经济的能力，理应做到：积极融入地方经济发展，加快经济转型创新步伐；找准创新转型发展着力点，积极推进经营模式多元化、赢利模式多元化；加强基础建设，夯实基础管理，为港口物流发展提供强有力支撑。

关键词：港口物流;融入城市经济;创新转型;储备发展力量

Abstract: Xugang Group as Xuzhou city"100 million tons of big harbor" the backbone of the city, the door and window, port logistics enterprises, already is not the traditional sense of the terraqueous traffic hub. To expand the scale of enterprises, establish a new scale of port logistics park industry system, implementation of port logistics development, enhance the ability of serving local economy, should accomplish: to actively integrate into the local economic development, accelerate the pace of innovation for economic transition; transition development focus of innovation, and actively promote the business model diversification, profit pattern diversity; to strengthen infrastructure construction, tamp foundation management, provide strong support for the development of port logistics.

徐州自古为“兵家必争之地”，如今更成为商贾云集、发展潜力巨大的区域经济中心和商贸中心，作为重要的资源型城市和老工业基地,为江苏乃至全国的经济发展做出了重要贡献。为成功走出一条产业转型之路，选准支柱产业做大做强，从而振兴徐州老工业基地，徐州市适时提出了把加快发展服务业作为“推动跨越发展、建设美好徐州”的一项重大战略任务抓紧抓好。服务业十二五规划中也明确指出，围绕建设国家一级综合物流枢纽城市的目标定位，依托五通汇流的有利条件，不断完善公水空铁集疏运体系，加快整合物流资源，着力形成综合型物流等多全方位、多层次的现代物流服务网络，重点发展煤炭、钢材、建材、工程机械设备等生产资料物流，加快推进“亿吨大港”物流基地等重点物流园区建设，积极发展沿运河临港物流集聚带、北三环物流集聚带等，加快物流公共信息平台建设，推动物流业运行一体化、管理信息化等发展，现代港口物流业作为徐州服务业的重要一环，必将起着至关重要的作用。……
