摘要：随着改革开放以来，我国社会主义市场经济的发展极大地促进了建筑行业的发展，使其在我国社会主义现代化建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。其中，建筑工程检测在确保建筑工程的质量中起到极其重要的作用，它关系到一个建筑工程的成败，因此也越来越引起人们的注意。本文基于此着重讨论建筑工程检测的现状以及在建筑工程检测中存在的问题和解决方法。

Abstract: with the reform and open policy, our country the development of the socialist market economy greatly promoted the development of the construction industry, so that in the China's socialist modernization is playing a more and more important role. 社会主义现代化极大地提高了人们的生活水平，人们在满足物质需求的同时也越来越重视生活的质量。建筑工程关系到人们生活的方方面面，因此人们对建筑工程的质量的关注不断加强，而建筑工程检测这一控制建筑工程质量的措施也起着越来越重要的作用，成为建筑工程质量把关的关键。鉴于此，讨论建筑工程检测中存在的问题和解决方法就有了十分重要的意义。

一、建筑工程检测现状

改革开发以来，我国建筑工程的检测取得长足发展，但也存在着一些问题。而先认识建筑工程检测的现状对于了解工程检测中存在问题起着指导作用。

1.对于建筑工程检测的重要性存在认识上的欠缺

在建筑工程的施工单位中，很大一部分施工单位对于建筑工程检测的重要性存在着认识上的欠缺。它们普遍认为建筑工程的检测工作只是形式而已，对建筑工程检测往往不加以重视，认为建筑工程检测仅仅是工程质量的一种证明而已，同时这种认识上的缺失也导致建筑工程检测中出现一些问题。……
