【摘要】:本文针对高速铁路CRTSI型轨道板预制过程中，轨道板的预制质量不佳及轨道板模具的使用周转率不高的现象，以中交路建德惠轨道板场作为试验样板工程展开研究，结合国内外先进的系统管理经验，以数据化管理和程序化管理作为理论指导基础，在管理方面积极引进、大胆创新，通过推行轨道板场的数据化管理和程序化管理，从而达到确保预制质量提高轨道板模具的使用周转率的目的。

1 工程概况

中交路建德惠轨道板场承建哈大客运专线主线DK736+719.76～DK784+805.4全长48.086Km范围内CRTSI型轨道板的预制任务。轨道板场中心位于哈大铁路客运专线主线桩号DK771+950处，规划占地面积约为75亩，共预制4种类型的轨道板，轨道板的预制数量为20156块。

2 轨道板模具周转率的使用状况

2.1轨道板模具周转率

轨道板模具的周转率是按模具24小时内浇筑混凝土的次数来评定的。比如我板场共有60套模具，如果在24小时之内浇筑了90块轨道板的话，那么模具的周转率即为：90/60=1.5倍（次）。

2.2轨道板模具的使用状况

轨道板的预制是以轨道板模具为核心的。与轨道板相关的绝大多数质量问题也都与模具有直接或间接的关系。很多轨道板场在初期都会出现轨道板模具总体使用周转率不高的现象，这种现象在一定程度上又体现在轨道板的预制质量和预制进度的冲突上。轨道板模具总体使用周转率不高的状况是大多数轨道板场需要面临和解决的一种状况。……
