摘要: 随着人们安全意识的逐渐提高，建筑电气安装工程的质量也越来越引起人们的关注。建筑工程电气安装的质量直接影响着建筑工程的质量，为解决建筑电气工程施工中出现的常见质量问题，应做好施工质量控制工作。本文将从电气安装工程施工存在的问题及预防措施、如何加强建筑电气安装工程质量控制这两方面来论述。

1．电气安装工程施工存在的问题及预防措施

1.1 箱、盒安装不符合要求。箱、盒安装标高不相等，箱盒体容易出现变形、移位等情况，盒内存在砂浆、杂物未能清理干净。（1）安装箱、盒时，应横平竖直，管子和箱、盒壁间不能留有空隙，用螺母锁住箱盒内外，用水平仪调校水平，箱、盒标高的尺寸误差不超过5ram，以确保安装高度的一致性。（2）加强检查必要的部位，做好对金属线管的防腐处理。箱、盒开孔眼不得用电焊或气焊对箱盒随便切割开孔，一定要用开孔机在箱、盒上开口。（3）安装混凝土墙、柱内的箱、盒时，在箱、盒体背后加设中6钢筋套子，再与主筋焊接定位，可避免箱、盒出现变形和移位。在砖砌体固定箱、盒时，要用水把四周的砖砌体湿润后用M10水泥砂浆逐层嵌实。（4）在穿线之前，应先清理箱、盒内的灰碴及杂物。穿好线后，最好用临时箱、盒板盖好，待土建装修喷浆完后，再拆去盒盖，安装电器、灯具，这样可保证盒内干净。（5）施工人员锯管之后,还应用圆锉将管口锉成喇叭的形状。……
