摘要：随着我国经济建设的不断发展，人民生活水平不断提高，其它各项事业的兴旺发展，城市用地日益紧张，因而促进了高层建筑的发展。这些新兴的建筑因其造型独特、高度超高等特点，在给我们生活生产带来极大地全方位的满足感的同时，也给我们带来了巨大的消防隐患。作为保证建筑消防安全最为可靠、有效的防范措施，各类自动消防设施得到了越来越广泛的应用，建筑消防工程也已经成为建筑安装工程中重要的一项分项工程，建筑自动消防设施施工技术也各加日趋成熟。为了合理布置高层建筑内的自动消防设施，本文从高层建筑的主要自动消防设施入手，分析消防设施存在的问题，通过对消火栓系统、自动喷水灭火系统、消防报警系统、防排烟系统等主要消防设施的阐述，找出合理设置消防设施的具体方法，提高高层建筑的消防安全水平。

Abstract: with the development of our country's economic construction, people's living standards improved, and other various cause prosperous development, urban land increasingly nervous, thereby promoting the development of the high-rise building. These new building because of its unique features such as high, high, to bring in our life greatly comprehensive production of satisfaction at the same time, it brings us a huge fire hazard. As a guarantee building fire safety the most dependable, effective prevention measures, all kinds of automatic fire control facilities have been applied more and more, building fire control project also has become important in construction and installation of a component project, building automatic fire control facilities construction technology and the more mature. In order to reasonable decorate in high-rise building automatic fire control facilities, this article from the main high-rise building automatic fire control facilities, and analyses the problems of fire control facilities, through to the hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system, fire alarm system, smoke control and extraction systems and other major fire control facilities described, find out the reasonable setting fire control facilities of the specific methods, improve the high-rise building fire safety level.

一、高层建筑自动消防设施存在的问题

建筑自动消防设施作为建筑物的基本设施，对保障建筑物的安全起到了十分重要的作用，它对于建筑物内部和外部发生的紧急状况，有着极为深远的价值作用，1.室内消火栓系统，室内消火栓的合理设置直接关系到扑救火灾的效果，如果位置设置不合理或超保护半径，会导致相邻两个消火栓的水枪充实水柱不能同时到达被保护范围内的任何部位，使得灭火效果大大打折扣。……
