摘 要：随着我国改革开放的一步步深入，近年来国民经济持续的高速增长，各地对基础建投的资项项目不断增加，随之而来的是市政施工企业如雨后春笋般的大量出现，发展迅速。但是由于片面的追求经济利益，对施工质量没有同步跟上，没有及时给予积极有效的质量监管，出现了一批又一批粗制滥造的“豆腐渣”工程。本文以市政工程施工阶段的质量管理工作为研究对象，从当前市政工程施工阶段质量管理工作常见误区分析入手，结合市政工程发展趋势，提出了包括事前控制、事中控制以及事后控制在内的三大完善措施，并据此论证了做好市政工程施工阶段质量管理工作在进一步提升市政工程施工质量与施工效率的过程中所起到的至关重要的作用与意义。
