[摘要] 目的 探讨复方苦参乳剂的制取方法以及用其治疗湿疹的疗效。 方法 运用现代制药工艺制取复方苦参乳剂，进行制剂质量评定，临床运用于湿疹患者，观察用药疗效和用药安全。 结果 本乳剂各药物成分搭配合理，具有良好稳定性和保湿效果，临床上对湿疹患者的治疗总有效率达到88.2％。 结论 复方苦参乳剂制取方法简便，运用于临床湿疹治疗，效果明确，安全性良好。

Preparation and application of compound Kushen emulsion

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the preparation method and chlinical efficacy of compound Kushen emulsion in treatment for eczema. Methods The compound Kushen emulsion were prepared by using the modern pharmaceutical technology, and applicated in patients with eczema. The emulsion quality was evaluated. The efficacy and safety of medication were observated. Results The each ingredients of compound Kushen emulsion were reasonably collocated. The emulsion had good stability and moisturizing effect. In the clinical, the total effective rate of treatment for eczema was 88.2%. Conclusion The compound Kushen emulsion, of which the preparation method is simple and convenient,could be applicated on treatment for eczema,and that effect was explicit and secure.

湿疹为临床常见的一种皮肤科变态反应性疾病[1]。西医多使用激素治疗，但是停用后容易再发作；中医传统治疗方剂多含炉甘石、雄黄等，长时间使用会引起毒性积累，刺激皮肤。本研究以苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、地肤子等制成乳剂，治疗湿疹取得较好疗效，现报道如下。

1?材料与方法

1.1?一般材料

方剂组成：苦参8 g，地肤子2 g，蛇床子8 g，黄柏3 g，荆棘3 g，白鲜皮3 g。制剂材料：尿素25 g，硼砂2 g，氮酮5 mL，三乙醇胺2 g，单硬脂酸甘油酯18 g，硬脂酸60 g，羊毛脂30 g，液体石蜡30 g，凡士林15 g，对羟基苯甲酸乙酯少量，双蒸水200 mL。以上方剂与制剂材料共制成500 g。

1.2?制药方法

混合硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、羊毛脂、液体石蜡、氮酮、凡士林于70℃水浴融化搅拌均匀，制成油相备用；混合方剂成分与尿素硼砂，加热并搅拌，温度稳定到70℃，制成水相备用；将油相加入水相，沿同一方向匀速搅拌，均匀后分装。

1.3?湿疹治疗

1.3.1?一般资料?选择湿疹患者136例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组68例，男38例，女30例，年龄5～73岁，平均（41.40±9.91）岁。……
