[摘要] Beagle犬1型糖尿病模型的建立对于开展糖尿病大动物模型的治疗研究有重要意义，但药物诱导的犬糖尿病模型如果护理不当，依然存在死亡率高的特点。本研究采用链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶联合静脉注射对Beagle犬进行了糖尿病造模，并对造模前后的血液生化和血常规指标进行比较，进行了相应的药物治疗。但采用常规的护肝和胰腺炎治疗方法并未取得治疗效果，多脏器功能的损伤可能是导致犬造模后死亡的重要原因。

Comparison of blood biochemical parameters and treatment analysis before and after the model of Beagle dog with diabetes

[Abstract] The model building of Beagle dog with type 1 diabetes is very important fordiabetes therapy.The drug induced diabetes dog model is still in a high mortality rate if not been taken care of.In this study,we used streptozotocin and alloxan to build Beagle dog diabetes model according to the references. And the blood biochemical indexes are compared before and after the making of model, and the corresponding drug therapy are analyzed. But normal liver-protecting and pancreatitis treatment did not get its effect.The damage of multiple organ may be the main reason for its death.

糖尿病模型的建立是糖尿病治疗研究的重要内容，目前有3种大动物犬的1型糖尿病模型的制作方法比较常见，即手术切除全部胰腺、通过药物引导、手术切除部分胰腺加药物诱导[1]。其中，较为理想的制作犬1型糖尿病模型的方法以药物诱导为主，具有操作简单、成模率高的特点[2]。本研究通过借鉴链脲佐菌素（STZ）和四氧嘧啶（Alloxan）联合血管内给药可获得较好的Beagle犬糖尿病模型的方法[2-4]，对1例Beagle犬进行造模，但该犬最终于第26天死亡。参照上述方法，本研究从血液生化、血常规和药物治疗3个方面对1例Beagle犬糖尿病造模前后的变化结果进行了阐述和分析，现报道如下。

1?材料与方法

1.1?实验动物

由温州医学院实验动物中心提供Beagle犬1只，雄性，体重15 kg。
