摘要：随着我国工业建筑的发展水平不断提高，不断借鉴国外先进成功经验，我国工业建筑呈现出新的发展趋势。现本文作者主要结合现代社会工业建筑设计的现状，指出在进行现代工业建筑设计时必须遵循的原则以及在发展过程中涉及到的诸多应该注意到的方方面面。

Abstract: with the development of the industrial architecture in our country level increases, and constantly learn from foreign advanced successful experience, our country industry building on a new development trend. 1 工业建筑设计的现状

近年来工业建筑在国民经济发展和社会文明进步中具有重要的地位并发挥着重要的作用。全球经济一体化要求科技产业化与产业科技化共同发展。这两者一方面给工业建筑创作提供了多种建筑手法，另一方面也给工业建筑的实践带来了新的机遇和挑战。这样工业建筑在发展中不断的与自然环境相协调，在借鉴民用建筑中比较流行的建筑手法的同时，也不断的谋求自身的新的发展。

目前国家正在迅猛发展，在发展过程中也采取了很多有利措施，比如新建一些经济技术开发区，工业新区的建设带动了城市商业区、住宅区、能源供应区的开发建设，使得工业建筑类型与城乡整体文化环境关系日趋紧密，从而成为城市建筑文化的重要组成部分。除此之外对旧城区老厂房的结构改造也显得行之有效，这样使得一些大型骨干企业能够更好的发展。随着施工工艺技术的发展，不少国外现代工业建筑中高新技术、新工艺也被引进，这样使得工业建筑形式在不断发展中日趋完善，从而实现了标准化、多样化。……
