摘要：水利工程施工影响着生态工程的环境因素，为了避免对生态环境的破坏，需要我们在水利工程施工中坚持一定的原则以确保生态工程的可持续发展，本文从水利工程施工中的环境问题、生态工程的应用原则以及水利工程施工中生态工程的系统分析等这几个方面对水利工程施工中的关于生态工程的环境问题进行了简要探讨。

Abstract: water conservancy project construction influence ecological engineering environment factors, in order to avoid the destruction of ecological environment, we need in water conservancy engineering construction, adhere to certain principles to ensure the sustainable development of ecological engineering, this paper, from the water conservancy project in the construction of ecological environment problems, the application of engineering principles and the water conservancy project construction of ecological engineering system analysis and so on the aspects of the water conservancy project in the construction of ecological environment problems about engineering are discussed briefly.

水利工程施工对生态工程的环境问题影响比较多，其中有些影响时间比较长且不可逆，需要我们对水利工程施工中关于生态工程的环境问题引起高度重视。生态工程就是指人类应用生态学与系统学等学科的基本原理与方法，通过系统的设计、调控和技术组装，来对已经被破坏的生态环境进行修复和重建，对造成环境污染与破坏的传统生产方式进行改善，并且来提高生态系统的生产力，这样从而促进人类社会与自然环境的和谐发展。生态工程对解决我国水利工程施工过程当中对环境的破坏应用了重要的工艺。水利工程施工中关于生态工程的环境问题得到解决，有利于实现比较高的工程效益、社会效益与生态效益，同时对丰富水利工程施工理论与生态工程理论有着促进作用。

水利工程施工中的环境问题

（一）土地利用问题

兴修水利需要占用比较大面积的土地资源，在水利工程施工当中还会出现乱堆弃碴、乱修临建等的问题出现，这些都会对生态环境产生影响，有时问题严重还会出现水土流失、土地浪费、淤塞河道等问题。……
