【摘要】随着建筑工程建设项目数量的不断增加，人们对土地资源的利用越来越多，建筑工程建设对环境的破坏和污染越来越严重，生态问题日益突出。土地作为稀缺资源，越来越不能承受工程项目对其的侵害，环境变得越来越脆弱。如果不能及时给与保护，那么，将严重威胁到人们的生存和繁衍，因此，人们重新审视和反思建筑行为带来的危害，并提出了生态建筑的建设观点，得到了广泛的支持。如何探索出一条建筑与人类生活，建筑与环境保护和谐发展的工程建设之路，成为人们必须认真加以研究的课题。文章立足于生态建筑可持续发展的重要性和必要性，提出了生态建筑可持续发展的重要措施。

【 abstract 】 architectural engineering construction projects with an increasing number of people to land in the use of resources is more and more, construction engineering construction and pollution damage to the environment is more and more serious, ecological problem increasingly. Land as a scarce resource, more and more can''t bear to the violation of the engineering project, the environment is becoming more and more fragile. If can not be properly protected, so, will a serious threat to people''s survival and reproduction, therefore, people review and reflection of the dangers of architectural behaviors, and put forward the construction of ecological architecture view, received broad support. How to find a building and human life, construction and environmental protection engineering construction of harmonious development of road, becomes the people must be earnest of research. This article, based on the sustainable development of ecological architecture, the importance and necessity of ecological building sustainable development put forward the important measures.

1 引言

生态建筑可持续发展观点的提出，对解决人与环境，人与建设项目的和谐发展具有非常重要的现实意义。田洪斌在《基于环境视野下生态建筑可持续发展的探讨》一文中提出：“当今世界，已经把生态环境建设提上了重要的议事日程。因此，基于环境视野下的生态建筑可持续发展已经引起了人们的广泛关注，并积极运用到了建筑行业与领域，取得了明显的成效。有必要结合我国生态建筑可持续发展的实际情况，就我国生态建筑可持续发展的基本特征、基本原则以及基本方法进行了初步的分析与探讨。并提出了行之有效的生态建筑可持续发展策略措施，不断增强人们对于环境视野下生态建筑可持续发展的再认识，以期能够促进我国生态建筑的全面健康可持续发展。……
