摘要: 随着社会日新月异地发展与新技术和新材料地不断涌现。市政工程质量控制过程中产生新情况、新问题是必然的,这就要求市政工程的参建各方紧紧抓住关键性措施,才能在工作中做到科学有序,从而有效地控制工程质量,避免不必要的质量事故发生,提升市政工程的整体质量水平。本文从影响市政工程质量的因素出发,提出了一些提高市政工程质量的施工控制措施。

Abstract: along with the social change with each passing day and the new technology and new material to emerge. Municipal engineering quality control process produces the new situation, the new question is inevitable, which requires the municipal engineering cooperated-builing hold key measures parties, to make scientific and orderly in work, so as to effectively control the engineering quality, and avoid unnecessary quality accidents and improve the overall quality of municipal engineering level. This paper, from the influence of the factors of the quality of municipal engineering, and puts forward some improve the quality of the municipal engineering construction control measures.

引言：伴随着我国国内建筑业的逐步开放，国外很多具有竞争实力的企业也逐步参与到了我国建筑业的市场竞争中，这也进一步加剧了我国国内建筑业的竞争压力。如何在高压的市场竞争环境中，寻求建筑施工企业自身更大的发展空间，已成为摆在建筑施工企业面前的一个难题。众所周知，工程质量是当代建筑施工企业的生存之本。搞好施工过程中的质量控制，是实现建筑工程质量的重要保证。

1影响市政工程质量的主要因素

（一）1.1“人”对市政工程质量的影响

任何一项工程的建设都离不开人类的活动,因此,人是工程质量的决定因素。无论规划、设计、施工、管理及操作、验收,人员自身素质的高低都对工程质量起着决定性的作用,市政工程建设也不例外。在市政工程建设时期,众多的施工企业和人员进入施工地点,不同工程对于施工质量要求也存在较大差异。
