摘要：目前随着我国经济的迅猛发展，房屋建筑、工程建设也在我国各地飞速发展。在房屋建筑工程施工中，质量关系着整个工程的成败，也关系到国家和人民的生命财产安全。为了确保房屋建筑工程质量、进度及投资达到合同要求，满足人民的需要，我们就要不断地加强对质量的控制，常言道百年大计，质量为本，因此控制好工程质量是极其重要的。下面笔者根据自己的工作实际，将从提高质量的角度探讨如何在房屋建筑工程施工的各个环节加强质量管理工作，确保工程质量，提高社会和经济效益。

一、房屋建筑工程质量中存在的问题

随着我国建筑行业的不断发展，城市的投资环境逐步得以优化，城市人口的居住水平不断提高，我国建筑工程质量呈稳步上升趋势，但不可否认，一些在建工程和已投入使用的工程尚存在不少的质量问题，有些甚至严重危害到建筑结构和使用安全功能。

1、设计方面的问题

在房屋等建筑项目的建设过程中往往由于设计单位质保体系不健全或设计人员的责任心不强、疏忽等原因，使工程设计留下了产生质量问题的隐患。在屋面防水设计中，发现有局部泛水檐高度不够，也有伸缩缝出屋面墙压顶设计部合理。自由排水的屋面上，檐部不作铁皮泛水檐，而且卷材没有探出挑檐的边沿等。在楼地面的做法上，预制空心板上先抹平而后作面层，按这种设计施工的地面和天棚，绝大多数易产生裂纹。……
