【摘要】随着科学技术的飞速发展，人们的生活节奏的不断加快，社会环境瞬息万变，房屋建筑工程项目已涉及到国家和社会的方方面面，关心到千家万户的利益，高质量的房屋建筑是提高人们居住舒适度的保证。因此如何通过对房屋建筑工程施工质量的科学管理来确保工程产品的优良质量，从而提高企业自身的管理水平，增强企业的市场竞争力，是一个永恒的话题。

【 abstract 】 along with the rapid development of science and technology, the rhythm of people''s living is accelerating, the social environment, housing construction project has been related to national and every aspect of the society, the interests of the families to care about, high quality housing construction is to improve the comfort of people living guarantee. So how to through the building engineering construction quality of scientific management to ensure the best quality of the engineering products, so as to improve the management level of the enterprise itself, the enhancement enterprise''s market competitiveness, is an eternal topic.

引言

质量是一个永恒的主题，质量管理随时代的发展而不断发展。建筑业作为国家重要产业之一，地位日趋重要，工程的施工质量不仅关系到项目投资能否成功，更关系到国家和人民的生命财产安全。房屋建筑工程施工是形成工程项目实体的一个重要过程，也是决定最终产品质量的关键所在。要提高工程项目的质量，必须把质量管理作为施工阶段的重中之重。

房屋建筑工程施工质量管理的现状

我国房屋施工质量管理与先进国家的施工质量管理体系还是存在很大的差距，隐藏着很多问题。

领导者的素质及施工人员的技术水平不高。

人的因素主要包括领导者的素质及施工人员的技术水平。近年来，我国建筑工程质量事故频繁发生的一个重要原因就在于施工方素质较低和行为不规范。项目法人或业主对工程质量的影响重大，有什么样的业主就会有什么样的工程。……
