摘要：随着社会的快速发展，现代市场经济对压力管道的安装要求越来越高。压力管道安装是整个建筑项目的重要组成部分，它采用的工艺技术也越来越复杂，因而对建筑项目中的压力管道安装过程进行有效的控制显得尤为重要。本文先是简要分析了当前建筑企业在控制压力管道安装过程方面存在的问题，然后结合这些出现的问题，从管道安装工艺、管道使用材料、焊接过程、过程检验四个方面提出了完善压力管道安装过程控制的相关措施。

Abstract: with the rapid development of society, the modern market economy of the pressure piping installation to demand more and more. Pressure pipe installation, the entire building is an important part of the project, it USES technology also more and more complex, so the pressure of construction project piping installation process for effective control is particularly important. This paper first briefly analyzed the current architecture enterprise in control pressure pipe installation process existing problems, and then combining with these to the problems, and from piping installation technology, pipeline using materials, welding process, process inspection four aspects puts forward the pressure piping installation process control measures.

当前压力管道安装控制存在的问题

1.参建人员素质不高

随着科技的发展，当代压力管道安装对现代工艺的运用越来越多，所涉及的专业也越来越精细化。有的安装人员不能达到相应的技术操作要求，在进行压力管道安装时没有考虑到协调好其他技术环节。特别是那些具有一定工艺交叉环节的细节没有协调好，整个安装工程就会产生质量问题或安全隐患。……
