摘要：伴随着近年来我国国民经济的持续发展，国家建设也在不断进步，建筑工程作为社会发展的动力，保证工程质量，提高工程效率，加强工程质量控制管理，逐渐成为全社会普遍关注的问题。近年来，建筑业作为我国的重要产业，在社会中的地位持续上升，而随着我国加入WTO以来，到经济全球化的今天，建筑业同样迎来异常激烈的行业竞争，所以，建筑施工工程的质量问题，越来越受到人们关注，对建筑施工工程的质量进行有效的管理和控制，在整个工程施工，乃至整个建筑业发展上都具有重要作用，本文通过对目前我国建筑施工工程的质量管理和控制的有关问题进行论述，从而提出具体的建筑施工工程的质量管理措施。

Abstract: as the national economy in China in recent years of continuous development, the national construction are improving, building as the power for the development of the society, and ensuring the quality of projects, and improve the efficiency of engineering, strengthen the management of engineering quality control, gradually become the matter of general concern of the whole society. In recent years, as the important industry construction in our country, and position in the world continue to rise, and with China''s accession to the WTO since, to the globalization of economy, the construction in the same fierce competition in the industry, so, construction engineering quality problem, by people more and more attention, and construction engineering quality of effective management of and control, in the whole project construction, and even the entire construction development has important function, this article through to our country at present the construction engineering quality management and control are discussed, and then puts forward the concrete construction engineering quality management measures.

工程质量的好与坏不仅关系着社会的进步与经济的发展，而且还关系着国家的全面建设和人们的日常生活质量。自新中国成立以来，我国建筑业一直在不断地发展，经历了风风雨雨，取得的成绩和进步也有目共睹。随着近年来我国加入了世贸组织，加上全球化经济的影响，国内各大行业都迎来了前所未有的竞争浪潮，建筑业更是首当其冲，作为国家重要产业，如何在激烈的竞争中保持不败，得以持续发展？高质量的工程施工管理和控制，在现代工程施工中发挥了重要作用。因此，面对国内建筑企业之间的激烈市场竞争，建立完善的建筑工程管理体系，提供高质量的工程施工管理，成为现阶段建筑业之间市场竞争的主要依据。……
